About the founder

Emma Jaggers

Emma has over 20 years of senior finance leadership experience, spanning corporate, NGO, SaaS, manufacturing, education, consultancy, and start-up environments across the UK and internationally.

Her career has taken her from Financial Controller through to Finance Director and CFO level, leading finance functions of all sizes and building teams from the ground up. She has held direct accountability to boards and audit committees across five consecutive senior roles, and brings deep expertise in treasury, M&A, investor reporting, governance, and finance transformation.

Emma holds a Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA), the Chartered Global Management Accountant designation (CGMA), and an MBA. EC Solution was founded to make that level of experience genuinely accessible to ambitious UK businesses that need senior financial leadership but are not yet at the scale where a full-time hire makes sense.
