03 · The coach

Coaching from someone who has done the role.

There is a difference between coaching from theory and coaching from experience. This coaching comes from having sat in the CFO seat across multiple sectors and business environments — and worked through the difficult moments that come with it.

Emma Jaggers CGMA FCMA is a Fractional CFO, Finance Director and Board Advisor with over 20 years of senior finance experience across SaaS, manufacturing, NGO, education and venture-backed businesses.

She has navigated PE-backed environments, led finance functions through transformation, advised at board level, and helped businesses scale from Series A to exit. That breadth of experience is what she brings to every coaching relationship — not a coaching model, but genuine senior finance leadership, applied to where you are right now.

Emma also runs EC Solution, a fractional CFO practice, and has authored three finance leadership playbooks for CFOs, PE-backed finance leaders, and fractional practitioners.
